Pools will be open through the first weekend of October 1 & 2; they close Monday October 3.
Fall Garage Sale - Oct 22
The HOA Fall Garage Sale date is set for Saturday, October 22. We will have signs set out that week to promote. Feel free to participate if you have items you’d like to clean out of your space!
Pools Now Open
COVID-19 protocols no longer in effect. Each facility is open to all members in good standing of the Westside at Buttercup Creek Homeowners' Association. You must have an electronic keytag to gain access to these facilities. If you do not have a keytag, or your keytag is inoperable, please contact Goodwin & Company at 512-502-2114.
Lakeline Pool is open 5am to 10pm daily. Kay Redden Pool is open 5am to 9pm.
Lifeguards will be staffing the pools weekends only now until June 4th, then daily until August 14th; after which they will resume weekend staffing until pools close October 3.

2022 Assessments Due
The annual assessment for 2022 is due this month. You should have received a letter in November with payment instructions. If you aren’t sure whether you paid already, you can check your account in TownSq. You can pay it there as well.
