Annual Meeting Held Nov 9

Some of the key topics discussed:

2021 Progress - new landscaping along Lakeline intersections and pools, replacement of Kay Redden playground, Lakeline fence beautification.

No assessment increase for 2022.

Three new board members were elected.

We appreciate the service of longtime board member Dennis Domanski, who is stepping down after 12 years

Board meetings will resume in January 2022.

City of Cedar Park Tree Removal

Many homeowners have been contacting the HOA Board of Directors in regard to tree branches being left on the curb. The City of Cedar Park has offered to remove these branches free of charge for customers within its ETJ. Pickup in our neighborhood was scheduled to begin March 15th of 2021 and could take weeks to complete. For more information please visit the City’s website below.

WESTSIDE HOA POOLS - Closing Oct 11, 2021

POOLS - Opened May 1st Closing Oct 11th

A new COVID-19 Waiver must be signed before your pool key will be activated in 2021. Each facility is open to all members in good standing of the Westside at Buttercup Creek Homeowners' Association. You must have an electronic keytag to gain access to these facilities. If you do not have a keytag, or your keytag is inoperable, please contact Goodwin & Company at 512-502-2114.
